HOW TO BEGIN

The first step begins with acceptance — identifying the need for change or areas of improvement. This begins with your annual doctor appointment.  What happens after that can open doors to long-term lifestyle change.

Take the First Step:
Visit your primary care office for your physical exam, and receive your referral to our Lifestyle Medicine Program.

Lifestyle Assessment:
Carefully consider all areas of your wellness and identify areas for improvement or change.

Join the Team:
Meet with our Lifestyle Medicine team and community partners who offer you a series of coaching sessions with certified wellness coaches, one-on-one fitness programs, nutrition groups, and more. Start improving your wellness one step at a time.

Stay Connected:
Look for ongoing opportunities to make healthy changes a part of your personal wellness program.  Events are already planned to get you started.  Check out our events calendar!
