Same Day Appointments

Establishing a primary care “medical home” is recommended to manage your health in the best possible way. We also recognize that sometimes care is needed in a more timely manner. For those unexpected (but non-emergency) healthcare needs, same-day appointments in each of our primary care offices may be available, and we encourage you to call to ask whether you can be seen on a “same-day” basis. If no appointments are available, walk-in care with no appointment necessary is offered in our Bellows Falls, Londonderry, Ludlow and Springfield, VT; and Charlestown, NH locations.

After-hours Care

For after-hour care, the Emergency Department at Springfield Hospital is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call 9-1-1 if you need emergency transportation.

Late Arrivals

If you are late arriving for your appointment, we will make every attempt to serve your needs, as time allows and being respectful of previously-scheduled appointments. You may be given an option to wait or invited to reschedule to a time that is more convenient for you.
